A sensitive, technically challenging – and award-winning – project on a Grade A listed building. The store was previously a bank and underwent extensive renovations including:
- major structural internal/external alterations
- the installation of new lifts & staircases
- renovations throughout of existing, retaining decorative cornicing & ceiling features

Locations: Edinburgh & Dundee. Value: £140,000 - £170,000
New store fit-outs.
Clinton Cards
Locations: Arbroath, Edinburgh, Ayr, Elgin, Dundee & Irvine. Value £25,000 - £150,000
A selection of new stores and refits/upgrades. Some works were carried out/completed whilst the shops were still trading!
Apex City Quay
Client: Apex Hotels
Joinery works, door installation & suspended ceilings for a new-build seven storey, 150 bedroom, 4 star hotel in Dundee - one of our biggest ever projects.
Overgate Centre Facilities Management Suite
Client: Lend Lease Europe
Design and fit-out of turnkey project providing secure operations & office accommodation, locker rooms and kitchen facilities. Completed in less than three months, this served as a benchmark for subsequent operations centres.
