We've picked up some new clients along the way, including bringing the Marks & Spencer's Simply Food brand into our portfolio under the banner of SSP.

Bank Fashion/JD Sports

Location: Inverness Retail Park, Inverness

Located next door to each other, we worked simultaneously on these,  round the clock, to ensure we met our client's expectations, handing back to our client, with time to spare.

Schuh

Location: From Dundee to Brighton with many locations in between. Value £100,000 - £450,000

Schuh, the UK’s leading stockist of branded fashion and lifestyle footwear. As preferred contractor, we continue to work with Schuh on both their new store fit-outs as well as their refurbishment programme.

Howards Storage World

Location: Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow.

A new name in the Caldeonia portfolio, we recently completed the £100K fit out of the new Glasgow store within the busy Buchanan Galleries centre.

Starbucks

Location: Dundee, Edinburgh,(including the Royal Mile) Aberdeen (including the new Union Square development)  Inverness, Glasgow, Heswall, Ingleby-Barwick, St Andrews, East Kilbride, Elgin, Knutsford, Dunfermline, Livingston. Value £25,000 - £260,000

Coffee shops, bars and restaurants feature regularly in our programme of work. From stand-alone café and bar sites to in-store facilities, new sites or refurbishments, we work across the UK with market leaders and international brands.

We’ve been selected again as main contractor for the Northern region for the fifth year in succession!

William Hill

Locations: Arbroath, Edinburgh, Glasgow and many more in between:  Value up to £100,000

Internal alterations and complete fitting out of premises to form new licensed betting offices. We have recently completed a phase of mini refurbs throughout the country.  Currently on site in Ayr and Mussellburgh.

SSP - Simply Food (Marks & Spencer)

Location: Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert.  Value £120,000

A two phased project which incorporated the fit out of both their cafe and retail shop.

SSP appointed Caledonia Contracts to undertake the shopfitting works for a Marks and Spencer Simply Food and Cafe at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert.  The scheme went very well and we found Caledonia to be a very competent and friendly company to work with.  Their standards of workmanship are to be commended and the project was handed over on time and to budget.  I would certainly recommend them
