BACKGROUND
We successfully competitively tendered the fit out of 149 Group’s new HQ within the stunning 8 Nelson Mandela Place development in Glasgow.
149 Group are a nationwide, independent chartered financial planning and investment management group.
The works involved merging two existing offices into the fit out of a new 5th floor office suite within a live, multi-occupancy city centre building.
PROCESS
Works included new partitions, incorporating fully glazed and moveable, new flooring and painting and decoration throughout.
We also reconfigured all M&E, including reusing existing air conditioning units where possible, installing new data and lighting.
This was all delivered working closely with the building landlord, Topland, to ensure minimal disruption to existing tenants.
We worked to a tight programme, ensuring all works were delivered in time for 149 Group exiting their existing offices in the city.
RESULTS
We worked hand in hand with the project manager(Mackinnon & Co) furniture supplier (Park Systems) and our supply chain to deliver a modern, open plan and welcoming office with plenty of private spaces for clients meetings.
