BACKGROUND
The Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa in St Andrews is a luxurious five-star hotel renowned for its prime location bordering the 17th "Road Hole" of the Old Course, one of the world's most famous golf courses.
The hotel’s spa is the first Kohler spa outside of the USA, offering a luxurious experience with water-based treatments, a 20m indoor pool, a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, plunge pool, and a fitness centre.
We were delighted to play a key part in an extensive refurbishment project for the hotel. This work follows other projects in collaboration with Kohler staff members over the past 30 years. In recent years, we have undertaken various projects at Hamilton Grand and The Old Course Hotel.
PROCESS
The team here at Caledonia Contracts was given the responsibility for completing all interior fit-out work. We collaborated with other trusted suppliers to help transform multiple spaces across the hotel, restaurant, and spa.
RESULTS
The photographs here showcase some recently completed interior fit-out works in and around The Old Course Hotel and the adjacent historic Jigger Inn. They also show the recently refurbished, award-winning spa areas.
Literally a short "drive" away, our team are ideally and logistically placed to "caddy" for our client, as they continually develop their standards in the leisure sector. We are proud to assist this prestigious client with ongoing refurbishments in this beautiful location.
