BACKGROUND
Hamilton Grand is one of Scotland's most prestigious residential developments, overlooking the 18th hole of the world-famous Old Course in St Andrews, the Home of Golf.
Through our long-standing relationship with Kohler Group, owners of Hamilton Grand and the Old Course Hotel, Caledonia Contracts has been entrusted to deliver a number of luxury apartment refurbishments within this iconic building.
PROCESS
Working within an occupied luxury residential development demands careful planning, communication and attention to detail. Throughout each of these projects, we worked closely with Hamilton Grand’s on site concierge team, the private residents, a number of high end designers and consultants to carefully coordinate deliveries, manage logistics and minimise disruption to neighbouring apartments.
Our works have ranged from carefully stripping out existing residences, complete internal fit-outs, full refurbishments to bespoke alterations, including luxury kitchens, bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, bespoke joinery, flooring, decorations and mechanical and electrical upgrades.
Our in-house joinery workshop manufactured a wide variety of custom furniture and cabinetry, ensuring every apartment is finished to the highest standard while reflecting the individual style and requirements of each homeowner.
RESULTS
Our continued involvement at Hamilton Grand is a testament to the trusted relationship we have built with Kohler Group and our ability to consistently deliver results within one of Scotland's most exclusive addresses.
Each apartment had its own challenges but with constant communication and the drive to get every detail right, our team has created a number of exceptional spaces to live in within this iconic development.
